When you email China Travel Day, you may provide your name, email address, nationality, travel dates, destinations, group size, interests, accessibility or dietary needs, and other details needed to answer your inquiry or prepare a service plan. Please do not send passport numbers, payment card details, medical records, or other sensitive information unless we specifically explain why it is required and how it will be handled.
Our hosting, security, and delivery provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, network identifiers, and security events. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain security. If privacy-preserving web analytics is enabled, aggregate visit and performance data may also be processed.
Email sent to an address at chinatravelday.com may be routed or forwarded through Cloudflare and then delivered to the inbox used to respond. Your email provider and ours may retain message metadata and content under their own policies.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare and administer requested services, communicate changes, keep business records, protect the site, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
