Website descriptions and example prices are not a confirmed booking. A service is confirmed only when the scope, date, location, duration, price, payment arrangements, and any material conditions have been agreed in writing. Availability may change before confirmation.
You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, insurance, personal health and safety decisions, lawful conduct, accurate trip information, punctuality, and following the rules of airlines, hotels, attractions, transport providers, and authorities. Tell us before confirmation about accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, minors, or other requirements that may affect the requested service.
A travel companion provides general local, language, navigation, and itinerary support within the agreed scope. Unless separately confirmed, the service does not include certified interpretation, emergency response, medical care, security protection, childcare, legal representation, regulated guiding, professional consulting, or custody of passports, money, or valuables.
Flights, trains, taxis, hotels, restaurants, attractions, payment platforms, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. Unless a written quote expressly includes them, tickets, meals, transport, accommodation, and other third-party charges are paid separately by the traveler. We are not responsible for a third party's availability, decisions, delays, cancellations, outages, or acts.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, weather, late-arrival, or force-majeure terms that apply to a booking will be stated in the written confirmation. If no booking has been confirmed, either party may stop the inquiry without obligation.
Travel involves risks and changing conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, China Travel Day is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with its operation. Site text, branding, and original materials may not be republished commercially without permission. External information and links may change and are not guaranteed to be complete or current.
